After first seeing Professor Saignac in the documentary ‘Martial Arts: The Real Story’, I became immediately fascinated with Savate and had a desire to learn the style. After getting to train off and on for many years in the art of French Kickboxing, I finally had the chance to take a seminar with Professor Nicolas Saignac at the MARS camp in 2016. His training methods, drills and techniques were so impressive, that I have taken two more seminars with him over the years. Each time I train with him, I learn something new and effective which I can apply in my own Kickboxing fights.
